Sharon, two other people mentioned that problem. On the first page you should see two arrows. One says "download now" the other "download 4sync." Click on "download now."The next page you must click on "slow download" (the free one) and then "download file now." Rylea mentioned that many designers use Boxnet. I'm going to check that out and maybe link to it instead.
