My holiday blinkie from Joelle

Joelle's blinkies are forever. My store however, contrary to what it says at the bottom of Joelle's blinkie, is now at Oscraps. (I didn't want to change anything cus it would sort of be like fidgeting with a Vermeer.)

Through the Snow We Go is in Studio Lorie

Here it is:
The snow softly thumped on the roof above Heidy Lowenbridge’s bedroom, falling in fluffy piles from the trees above the cottage, and thoroughly waking her up. She peeked out from under her covers to see moonlight shining through a thick smile of snow piled high on her window sill. The log in the wood stove crackled and sputtered the tiniest little bit and behind that cozy sound Heidy could hear, out in the stable, Swift the reindeer softly grunting. That was his reindeer song which meant he couldn't sleep either because in the morning, they would be racing through the snow. Yay!!!!

In Through the Snow We Go you will meet Heidy Lowenbridge and her friend Tamin Marshbark, and her reindeer Swift, and her kittens, and, of course, the birds. Heidy, by the way, is off to deliver Christmas letters to Grandma Minerva’s country estate where the post office is. (You won’t meet Grandma Minerva here but you can see her house from a distance.) There’s also cool frames for warm cozy winter pictures and a Christmas tree big enough to hold bunches of ornaments but small enough to squish into Swift’s mail pouch.

This is a wintry kit that I tried to give an old-fashioned feel to because, for some reason, winter and old-fashioned sort of go together. If you think so too and aren’t afraid of the cold take a peek into all you’ll find in Through the Snow We Go:

Swift the reindeer and his people pals Heidy and Tamin

All Heidy has to say is "Go for a ride?" around Swift the reindeer and he's soooooo ready to go zipping over  the ice and snow - it's inspiring. In that respect Swift is a lot like my dog Annie. Though Annie never pulls a sleigh. But she could.
This is Tamin Marshback giving Heidy Lowenbridge (his closest neighbor and very good friend) a Christmas card to deliver in my (soon to be named) kit which I will be getting to my CT this week and in my store soon thereafter.  It's very wintery.
I'll have more previews soon.
