SBG, as most of you know, is closing its doors forever on November 30. For 14 years Maya showcased some of the finest digital artistry to be found anywhere in the world and I am proud to have been a part of her wild creative adventure.
Several of my friends have generously offered me a home in their shops and I will always forever and ever be grateful to them for that. I have, however, for many, many reasons decided to move my shop to Oscraps. Vicki and Maya have worked together to make the move simple (or a lot less than horrifying) and I should have everything ready to go at Vicki's store first thing in December. In the meantime my shop will be open at SBG. Thank you all for being so wonderful over the years and supporting my artistic dreams. I'll see you at Oscraps!
Here's an update: Tonight at midnight SBG closes. I'll be opening my new store at Oscraps next week. I'm still updating old stuff. I think I know what I'm doing here but I'm going to try to snoop around the store tonight to see how it's actually shaping up.
Maya sent out our last SBG newsletter today. She'll be keeping in touch via her You Tube channel. (I didn't even know you could do that.) There's nothing in it now but she'll start filling it up in the new year. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCN0UpPPuZrBLJIBukYGyrgA
Here is the list of all the Studio Girl destinations:
Emeto Designs: Oscraps
Julia Makotinsky: The Digital Press
No news yet where Amanda Rockwell or em-ka are going.
That's all I know tonight.

When I find out where everyone at SBG is moving to I'll post it here.
Thanks for the information. I've been trying to find out where you will be relocating because I don't want to lose my favorite designer!
Sandie in Houston, TX.
oxoxox Sandie!
It is very sad that it is closed. But with high hopes looking forward to the Oscars! Always your Odon!
Lorie, this is all so bitter-sweet. It's wonderful that all SBG designers seem to be finding new homes, but I can't help but asking everyone to spare a thought for Maya - what a wonderful platform she provided for all you designers to sell your wares. It must have been a dreadfully difficult for her to make and I'm sure we all wish her a peaceful and productive future that she will be comfortable with.
Look forward to seeing your goodies on Oscraps. Good luck to you Lorie. RHONDA LEWIS
Thank you for letting us know! So looking forward to more of your wonderful work!
Thank's for letting us know. I Love O'Scraps. It will be a great fit for you! So glad to know you found a new home!
Oh and I meant to say that I would love it if you would share where everyone else is going when you know. I'm especially interested in Julia Makotinsky!
Oh wow, I went into panic mode..I'm new to all this and I just found you and then read that site was closing.. So glad I found your blog .. Would love to start buying from you when you're all set up in new place . Your work is amazingly beautiful!
I've been checking at O'Scraps but haven't seen you or your wonderful designs there yet?? Hope you are still moving there - wherever you go I will follow! I've been using your designs since "Rough and Ready".
Look forward to using more of your glorious and artistic kits.
Cheers
Jacqueline from Canada
Thank you Jacqueline. Hugs to you. I am moving to the O. My Grande Opening is Monday. Gack!!! I need to be announcing that everywhere soon. I'm working every waking hour trying to get everything ready and Monday is coming at me like a beautiful Steinway piano broke loose down a steep stairway. I can handle this, it will be wonderful, but right now its scary.
Lorie, I'm so glad you found new home for your wonderful scrap kits and am looking forward to follow your artistic journey for many more years.
p.s. Thank you for the SBG discount once again. It meant the world to me! You're a lovely person!

Lorie was super excited to see you in Oscraps .... but I have almost EVERYTHING that is there! Felt bad taking the freebie and only spending a tiny bit. Looking forward to the future, I think you are a very good fit there and wish you all the luck in the world.
